AOC Profile, Public Profile and Followers

How do I open my profile?

On a laptop or tablet, tap your avatar at the top right. The account menu shows your name, a Pro or Free tag, and Profile, AOC Traders Community and Logout. On a phone, open the side menu and tap the card with your name for the same menu.

Profile takes you to /profile. You need to be logged in.

What does the profile page show?

The quick links on the side open Order history, Plans and pricing, Settings, Support tickets and Billing support. Log out is at the bottom.

• Summary: Member since, days left on AOC Pro, Followers, Following and Strategies shared. Buttons for Public profile, Sync and Edit.
• Membership: one row each for AOC Pro, Strategy Lab and Live Webinar, with Active, Expiring soon (last 7 days), Expired or Inactive, the end date and days left. Buttons read Renew, Get access or Join.
• Account details: email, mobile (with Verify if not verified), billing location, last sign-in region, join date and your account ID with a copy button.
• Recent orders: your last three orders, with View all for the full history and invoices. See Plans and Billing.

My plan shows the old date after paying. What do I do?

Tap Sync. It reloads your plan and profile from the server, and you see Account synced when it is done. A payment that went through but still does not show after a sync is a billing question: raise a support ticket with the order ID.

How do I edit my profile and username?

A verified mobile number cannot be changed from this form.

1. On /profile, tap Edit. The Update profile form opens.
2. Tap Change photo to upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP picture.
3. Set a Username: 3 to 20 letters, numbers or underscores. AOC checks it as you type and shows Available or the reason it is taken.
4. Add a Bio (up to 280 characters), your city and up to three links.
5. Check your full name, mobile number and state, then tap Update profile.

What is my public profile?

It is the page other traders see at /u/yourusername (or /u/ with your account ID if you have no username). It shows your photo, name, @username, bio, city and state, join date, links, and your Strategies, Followers and Following counts, plus your community posts.

Your public profile is visible to everyone once you have shared at least one public strategy. Before that, only you and people linked to you by a follow can open it; anyone else gets a not found page.

Your email, mobile number and plan never appear on it. On your own profile you get Edit profile and Share; on someone else's you get Follow and Share.

How do followers and following work?

Tap Follow on any trader's public profile, or on their posts in the AOC Traders Community. The button turns to Following; tap it again to unfollow. The person gets a New follower notification.

Your lists are at /followers. Switch between Followers and Following at the top. Each row opens that trader's profile and has a Follow or Following button, so you can follow back in one tap. Tap Load more for long lists.
