• No Auto-Renewal: We do not offer auto-renewal for any subscription plans. Your subscription will expire naturally at the end of the chosen period.
• No Cancellation After Activation: Once a plan is activated, it cannot be cancelled, and no cancellation requests will be accepted for any service (AOC Pro, AOC Pro Max, AOC Ultra, the Live Webinar and Strategy Lab add-ons, or courses).
• Subscription Expiry: If you choose not to renew, simply allow your subscription to expire. No further action is required from you.
• Service Access: You will retain full access to all subscribed features until your subscription expires.

• No Refund Policy: All payments made for AOC services are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Technical Issues: In case of technical issues preventing service access, our support team will work to resolve the issue rather than provide refunds.
• Service Quality: We encourage users to review service details, trial periods (where applicable), and ask questions before purchasing.
• Payment Disputes: Any dispute about a plan you have purchased should be raised with our customer support team before contacting payment providers.

• Automatic Credit: If a payment fails, any amount debited from your account is automatically credited back to the same account within 4-5 working days.
• Contact Your Bank: If the amount has not been credited after 4-5 working days, please contact your bank for help.

• Duplicate Payments: Refunds may be considered for genuine duplicate transactions made in error.
• Technical Failures: If our service fails to deliver due to system errors beyond user control, we may consider compensation.
• Fraudulent Transactions: Unauthorized transactions will be investigated and may qualify for refunds.
• Processing Time: Any approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
