Which AOC plan do I need?

Pick by what you actually use. Each plan includes everything in the one below it.

• AOC Pro: live option chain data, the split-screen option chain with chart, AI Stocks and the advanced stock screeners. This is the plan most F&O traders start with.
• AOC Pro Max: everything in Pro, plus access to the live market webinar during market hours. See Live Webinar.
• AOC Ultra: everything in Pro Max, plus the Strategy Builder, Strategy Simulator and Strategy Portfolio. The pricing page marks it Best value.

What are the Live Webinar and Strategy Lab add-ons?

Add-ons let you add one piece without moving to a bigger plan. Live Webinar gives you the daily live market session. Strategy Lab opens up the Strategy Builder, Simulator and Portfolio.

An add-on needs an active AOC plan. If your plan has expired, the pricing page tells you to choose a plan first, and the server refuses the order too. Each add-on card has its own period switch.

Which billing periods can I choose?

The switch at the top of the pricing page offers Monthly, 6 Months and Yearly, and it opens on Yearly. For 6 months and yearly, the card shows the price per month, the monthly price struck through and the total you pay.

Monthly is 30 days of access, 6 Months is 180 days and Yearly is 365 days. The order screen shows the exact number of days before you pay.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

The trial starts when you verify your mobile number with an OTP, not when you sign up. After you log in, a Mobile verification box asks for your number. If you closed it, go to Profile, find Mobile under Account details and tap Verify.

A verified number adds 7 days of AOC Pro and 7 days of the daily live session to your account. If you already have an active plan, the 7 days go on top of your current expiry.

There is one trial per mobile number and one per account. A number that already gave a trial on another account shows: This mobile number has already been used on another account. The OTP stays valid for 5 minutes.

Got an active Alice Blue or Lemonn account? The pricing page says you get AOC Pro free; open a demat account from there if you want this route.

How do I buy or renew a plan?

1. Open Pricing, pick Monthly, 6 Months or Yearly, and tap Subscribe to Pro, Subscribe to Pro Max or Subscribe to Ultra. For an add-on, tap Add Live Webinar or Add Strategy Lab.
2. Log in if asked. The first time, a Billing details form asks for your full name, mobile number and state for your invoice.
3. On Your order, check the plan and the days of access. Have a coupon? Tap Add code, type it and press Apply.
4. Check the breakdown: Plan price, Discount (if any), GST and Total.
5. Under Pay with, choose Razorpay or PhonePe. Both take UPI, cards and net banking.
6. Tap Pay. Razorpay opens its payment window over the page; PhonePe takes you to its own page and brings you back.
7. Wait for Payment received. If the page says Payment not confirmed yet, give it a minute and check again before paying a second time.

What happens to my days when I upgrade or renew early?

Nothing is lost. Days from a new purchase are added to the expiry you already have. Say your AOC Pro runs till 20 November and you buy another month on 10 November: it now runs till 20 December.

There is no pro-rata switch between plans. To move from Pro to Pro Max you can buy Pro Max (its days stack on your Pro days), or keep Pro and add Live Webinar.

When you open a locked feature, AOC shows an upgrade box with up to four options, add-ons first if you have a plan, cheapest first. Pay there and you stay on the same screen once the payment is verified.

Where are my orders and invoices?

Go to Profile. Recent orders shows the last three; View all or Order history opens the full list.

You can search by order ID, amount, plan or date, filter by status (Success, Pending, Failed, Expired, Refunded) and set a From and To date. Paid orders have two buttons: Email sends the invoice to your registered email, and Download opens the PDF.

Download links expire. If an old link fails, download the invoice again from your order history.

Does AOC auto-renew, and can I get a refund?

AOC never auto-renews. Your plan simply ends on the expiry date, and you keep full access till then. AOC sends a reminder notification 7, 3 and 1 day before the end.

Once a plan is activated it cannot be cancelled, and payments are non-refundable. The exceptions are genuine duplicate payments, service failures caused by system errors and unauthorised transactions; approved refunds take 7 to 14 business days.

If a payment fails but money left your account, it comes back to the same account in 4 to 5 working days. Full terms are in the cancellation and refund policy.
